3. Courses & Instruction

  1. Substituted Instruction. Courses are designed by Kyle Castile; however, Mr Castile may not personally teach every session. Delivery may be delegated to qualified members of the KAC Academy instructional team. We reserve the right to substitute instructors at any time without notice or liability.
  2. Course Content. The syllabus, schedule, venue, delivery mode (online or in‑person) and supporting materials are subject to change at our discretion in order to improve quality, comply with regulations or respond to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Bookings, Fees & Payment

  1. Pricing. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
  2. Full Payment Required. Your place on a Course is secured only once full cleared payment has been received.
  3. Non‑Refundable Fees. All payments are strictly non‑refundable. This includes—but is not limited to—situations arising from illness, family emergencies, travel disruption, force majeure events or your subsequent change of mind.
  4. Transfers. We do not guarantee the ability to transfer to an alternative date. Any transfer we permit is at our sole discretion and may incur an administrative fee.
  5. Cooling‑Off Period. If you purchase as a consumer online, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase provided the Course has not started and no digital materials have been accessed. Once access is granted or the Course commences, your right to cancel is waived in accordance with regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

5. Accreditation & Certification

  1. Accreditation Status. Not all Courses offered by KAC Academy are formally accredited or regulated. Where a Course is accredited, details of the awarding body will be displayed in the course description.
  2. Certificates. Successful completion criteria (e.g., attendance, assessment, portfolio submission) will be set out in the Course materials. KAC Academy reserves the right to withhold certificates where criteria are not met.
  3. No Guarantee of Recognition. Accreditation and certificates do not guarantee recognition by employers, professional bodies or regulators. Learners are advised to confirm recognition requirements independently.

6. Insurance & Professional Practice

  2. No Liability for Insurance. KAC Academy accepts no responsibility for your ability to secure insurance or for any losses arising from a failure to do so.

7. Code of Conduct

Learners must behave professionally and respectfully towards instructors, staff and fellow learners, refraining from harassment, discrimination, disruptive behaviour or plagiarism. Breach of this Code may result in immediate removal from the Course without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All Course materials, videos, manuals, slides, graphics, trademarks and logos are the intellectual property of KAC Academy or its licensors. You may not record sessions, reproduce, distribute, sell or exploit any material without our prior written consent.

  4. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms if the delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, epidemic, pandemic or governmental restrictions.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Website Use
